My Cub Scout Pack had a promotional video produced so we could show it to prospective kids and to put it on our website. Our website is purely HTML with no server side scripting or anything (limitation of using Comcast to host a website). I was wondering what I can use to convert this DVD to some format that would work in a webpage. I have Macromedia Flash version 6.o. I tried some free conversions apps from the internet. The best one seemed to produce the video just fine and I imported it to flash and exported it as a *.swf file. This seemed to be great except the video is much slower than the audio. (Video is HD).
Can anyone suggest ways to accomplish what I'm trying to do? I am looking for a "FREE" way to do it as our Pack has little funds for extra expenses.
