which is best S/W to create screen capture and recording software

Lots of people use this to record video tutorials, my friend uses it and loves it.

For me the best is ScreenFlow. I have tried iShowU and SnapzPro but ScreenFlow just does so much more. There is a new version coming out shortly too.

What is good is that the video is available to edit straight away in ScreenFlow and no waiting as I did with SnapzPro.

I can overlay text so it is easy to do video effects on them and things like lower thirds are easy. No problem in putting in a small graphic in a corner of the video too if you want.
