DVDShrink no VIDEO_TS folder

I had to reinstall my OS and programs and now my DVDShrink doesn't have the 'Create VIDEO_TS/AUDIO_TS' folders checkbox when i go to do my backup.
Is there something i've missed in the set-up or a patch to fix?
