Video Converter Help?

Hi all,

Anybody here can give me any suggestion? My cell phone is Nokia N900, and I transferred a Quick Time HD video to my cell phone with WinX Cell Phone Video Converter. The problem is the video is too large , how can I shrink it? And I do not want to delete other files.
