NTSC to PAL frame rate conversion

Hello,

Can somebody give me a tip what's the best way to
convert NTSC AVI's to PAL AVI's. I used several tools
but I think that there is something going wrong in
the frame rate conversion. Is it possible to get the
same quality in a 25 fps PAL movie?

try DVD2SVCD 1.9.0b3.

howdi there.

give the program above a go it rips dvd's and converts ntsc to pal the way u want in a go apparently faster thann anything else available.

Thanks, Is the program also capable to convert already finished (DivX) AVI's or MPEG1/2 files from NTSC to PAL?

This is what it can do so far..

DVD to SVCD (Can choose MPEG-1 Also)

AVI 2 SVCD (Can choose MPEG-1 Also if u wanna)

PVA to SVCD

Can convert NTSC to PALL for all forms of conversion, it's like the ultimate prog.

Can also convert to CVD's which is heaps better (Much much better than SVCD's) try the link below to find out how its dome
