When i try to back up a dvd there is a message saying "to enable burning, please update to the latest version of nero" i have all that and i still cant get dvd shrink 3.1 to recognize it..any idea's?
Sorry, we can't talk about DVD Shrink here anymore (see rule 19). It's also a very out of date software, that hasn't been updated in years, so it's unlikely to work nicely these days.
