Quicktime Plugin? PLEASE HELP

I was told that to use a QuickTime MOV in TMPGenc, that I needed a Plugin for quicktime. Is there ANYONE who can provide me with this plugin? I am DESPERATE! Calm down Its easily available at divx digest, and vcdhelp.com
Note: people have mixed results. The professional version of Quicktime, or screen capture software may prove to be more feasible.
