Auto-panning problem

Hi

I have a tvout card which connected to my tv. the computer's screen resolution is 1024x768. the tv have no space to display this resolution so the card used auto-panning to display all the areas. i have to changhe it to 600x800 in order to get it all in one pice.

can i make my Tv to hold 1024x768 res with no auto-panning??

(i dont mean to lock it since its lock the active area only)
