m2v codec????

i was wondering which codec should I installed to watch .m2v files on windows media player. Thanks.

.M2V is merely an MPEG2 videostream (no audio). You can play it with any DVD software player (such as WinDVD), or you can download the ivivideo.ax MPEG2 filter (or other similar filters)...
