You wont get much more quality with any programm, but you can use a player like sasami2K that has many options for quality-enhancement. VirtualDUB also is a mighty tool if and if you play around with the filters you might get a sdmoother or sharper picture, but you will never get DVD-quality from a web-clip.

As per benderman, DVD-quality just isn't going to happen. Depending on how much this movie is worth to you, the VirtualDub route might definitely be worth your effort. I've taken a lot of web clips that way and was surprized at how much I got out of them. This won't be a short process however, especially since it sounds like you're probably unfamiliar with this program (or at least its power to filter.)

The program itself comes with a couple of dozen filters, and many more dozens are available for it on the web. The trick is to figure out what all these filters do, what all the various settings within each do, and then figuring out which filter combinations are best for this particular video. Sound complex?

Not really. Time consuming? You bet. You could literally put weeks into a single film, learning simply at the end of that time that if you only had a few more weeks, you could make it better still.

      Welcome to computer video editing!
It may look like I'm doing nothing, but actually, at a cellular level I'm quite busy.
