No video during Playback

Here is my information from Virtual Dub 1.04. If anyone can give me the settings to convert this [tmd] to mpeg, I would really appreaciate it. I have download some me version of practically everything. My head is spinning, please assist.

Hi, have you tried using a tool like xmpeg, youll find then on divx-gigest, under encoders, they might do the trick
