True Newbie - DVD to DVD ?

Hi.

I just joined. I have had decent success backing up my DVD's to CD's for the last 6 months.

I just purchased an HP 200i internal DVD burner for work reasons.

I have searched and read the newbie stuff, but I can't tell if it is possible for me to make a mirror image of a DVD onto my new DVD, as I can do with a CD.

I assume it is not possible, but it seems that if we can crack the DVD code to convert to CD, it's possible to convert it back onto the DVD - possibly using the hard drive as the go-between.
