20 Frames per Second

Hi All

I have converted many AVI's but have found one that is at a rate of 20 frames per second anybody got any ideas?. I know it's not PAL, NTSC or NTSC film

It's likely to be animation, whose frame rate can vary from as low as 10 fps to the normal 24 fps. As long as the video plays alright and you are only converting to AVI solely for viewing on computers, you needn't worry about the framerate.
