At first...Sorry for my bad english 
I have a DVD with english language and english subtitles. I have already convertet my DVD to SVCD ! Now I've ripped the english subtitles with different tools to *.txt format files ! Now i want to edit this TXT files with an text editor and want to translate the english sentences into german ! After this I want to put my translated subs and my svdc together...is that possible ? I can't find any tool that put my txt files in my svcd video. What Tools i need to rip the subtitles from my dvd an mux it in my svcd video ?
