Coose a CODEC?

When I start Simpledivx after all my values have been entered a window appears stating “Waiting for window “Choose a CODEC”.

I have DIVX PRO installed yet there is no window to open. What is it waiting for?

I have searched doom9.org in detail and there is no information on Simpledivx ripping. Anyone else?

I haven't heard anything about simpledivx ripping. The gknot guide at doom9.org is very popular, maybe you should try it.
