    "Copy protection"

    bridget jones
    just ripped bridget jones diary using smart ripper/dvdx and when i play the movie back the director talks all way thru the film. its one of the extras on the disk.is there any way of gettin round this "copy protection". cheers

    This has nothing to do with copy protection. You just converted the wrong audio track, most DVD's contain more than one audio track.

    There should be a setting somewhere in DVDX to select the audio track. But I never use DVDX so I can't tell you exactly where.

      Smart ripper has the option to select which track/language think english is normaly 80
