    Insert text and graphics in avi

    hy @ll! Yesterday I ripped a livevideo from a concert I visited. Now I want to insert the songtitels etc. in the video! Wich program do I need for this and how does it work??

    Personally I like Adobe Premiere 6.5.

        VirtualDub can do this using the "logo" filter. You'll find plenty of tutorials on this site about how to use VirtualDub (everyone either uses it now or did at one time), and if you search the forum for "logo", you'll find lots of posts abut using that filter. Neither are very hard to use, and best of all, both are free.

        By the way, if you wanted to get really fancy, you could add sub-titles with the song lyrics and then have everyone sing along!
        It may look like I'm doing nothing, but actually, at a cellular level I'm quite busy.
