help with bin files

downloaded a bin & cue file and dont know how to convert to vcd or divx so i can watch it any help will be greatfull

The bin is a cd image.Load the .cue file in Fireburner or CdrWin and burn.You can also load the bin in Nero and burn

or

extract the bin file with isobuster
then burn,watch etc.........
