Gordian Knot Divx 5.x Guide troubles

Here is my problem i have ripped about 5 movies to date but they are all divx3 because when i try to do the compressibility test after "save and encode" i get an error with nanodub. but when i switch to divx3 this is no longer a problem, however then i am stuck with divx3 encoder. is ther something i am doing wrong...anyone???

The compressability test function does suffer from a number of quirks. That does not mean that you can't use divx5, just don't use the compressability test.
