    Adjusting Audio on .avi?

Hi. I downloaded a cam movie, and granted, the sound is not that great but I was wondering if there was any way I could improve the audio. You can make out some stuff, but it's like it was recorded too loud and is distorted. If you don't breathe or move you can make out about half the words. I'd appreciate any suggestions. Thanx.

The first sentence indicates that it was too loud. The second sentence indicates it was too soft. Which is it?

Anyway, you can indeed do something with the audio volume level.
    1. Open video in Virtual/nandub
    2. Set Video tab to Direct Stream Copy, and Audio to Full Processing Mode
    3. Under Audio tab, go to Volume and adjust accordingly
    4. Under Audio tab, go to Compression and select a codec (MP3 presumably) and choose the bitrate
    5. Go to File -> Save as AVI and give a name to the new file

Again, I don't understand what you mean here.

Anyway, glad to have been of some help.
