join & splitt Ac3 files

Hello!
How i can join 2 files Ac3 or splitt a big file Ac3?
Because i'm doing a MINIDVD with 2 audio files and one is Ac3, but film is too long and i need 2 files Ac3 to get in 2 cd.

split or join it whit virtual dub
