problems viewing XviD

ok, i have a video encoded in XviD. When i figured out why it wouldn't show a picture and got XviD codec i got picture. BUT...
the picture is upside down AND inverted. How do i fix this ? I've added a pic of the screen to show exactly what it looks like.

if you happen have the DivG400 program installed (usually as part of a total installation of a codec "pack", remove it.

If this is notr the case, and you are only ocncerned about viewing this one Xvid video, use the Sasami Player, which provides an option to "flip" the video on-the-fly...
