    SVCD Players?

    Can anybody suggest a brand name DVD player that plays SVCD

    disks and is reletively cheap?

    I like my just-bought JVC XV-S300, plays everything i stuffed in it, and cost me only 200$ Canadian. However, check www.vcdhelp.com and go in the dvd players section to see what players play what.

      Apex (any model) and GE (General Electric made by Sampo) - each less than $100US...

        JVC-S300BK

        Like Gd-Nimrod, I would definately recommend a JVC-S300 dvd player, it is reasonably priced ($137 cdn) and easily plays back svcd's and vcd's (provided you use good quality media like verbatim disc's)
