    How to fix Xvid

    Hi to all ... I downloaded Xvid movie and it was plaing for 15 min and picture frozze but audio i can .What should i use to fix this file.Thx for your input.
    P.S. THX SETARIP FOR TELLING ME HOW TO CONVERT XVID TO MPG,only one thing when i convert any movie format it looses qualety color and sharpeness,is there anything can be done about that ?

    Try using DivFix. Else, try Direct Streaming, which goes like:
    1. Open file in Virtual/nandub
    2. Set both Video and Audio tabs to Direct Stream Copy
    3. Go to File -> Save as AVI... and give a name to the new file

    Failing that I would start blaming the decoder being used to play the XviD file. Uninstall the current decoder (or codec) that you are using and replace it with Koepi's latest plain vanilla decoder (available from his latest Unstable build) or FFDShow (try the former method first though).

      My pleasure ;>}

      While in VirtualDub you can apply one of the several available color adjusting filters, as well as a sharpness filter. In addition to VirtualDub's intrinsic filters, many such filters are available for download at Donald Graft's site:
