Hello! Can a DVDivx file be burned to a normal CD-R disk ? Can it be converted to an avi or an mpeg and watched on a dvd player? If it can, can someone please tell me how to and what program i need to make the conversion? Please!
If by "DVDivx" you mean a DivX file which is a dvd rip and is an .avi, then yes you can make it watchable on a dvd player by doing a conversion to an .mpg file with TMPGenc. But first, i suggest visiting www.vcdhelp.com/dvdplayers to see what formats your dvd is able to play. Check for "vcd" or "svcd", they are the most important, and you will be essentially creating a Video-CD. A guide for converting DivX files in .mpg's can be found at www.vcdhelp.com
