converting avi to bin

I have a movie called evil dead 2 and it's 423megs,can i be able to convert it to bin and cue and burn it with cdrwin to play on dvd player instead of converting it to mpg?

with the original avi file, you can create a vcd (dvdr if you have a burner) with TMPGEnc
www.dvdrhelp.com will give you step to step instructions on how to make a fully playable movie on a dvd player.

If you are just looking for some type of transportation of the file I would recomend just burning it to a CD if you want to make a VCD that is playable in most new standalone DVD players use TMPGEnc and Nero
