Can't Get the whole DVD ripped

I have been trying to rip a DVD of television shows I bought. The DVD I have has three episodes but when rip the .vobs I only get the first episode. I have used both smart ripper and CladXP with the same result. It appears there are multiple “topics” on each DVD and I can only rip the first one. What am I doing wrong?

Use DVDDecrypter - and from the "Edit" dropdown menu, select "Select all files"...
