i meant that when i drag my file into the box i sometimes get the error message i posted before. i was wondering if i don't get that can i safely burn and get a good copy?

If you don't get an error message - and you see a "tracking bar" develop as NERO scans the MPEG1-VideoCD format file, you should feel comfortable that NERO will burn a valid VCD for you in 5 to 15 minutes...
