My friend, this is just a sample movie (Signs in Xvid), but the audio thing happenes alot with many films, not just this particular... Thanx 4 ur help.

Audio

The Audio goes out of sync everytime I try to cut this AVI file to 2 ... It happenes alot, not just with that particular file... I use VirtuaDub 1.5.4.

P.S.

How can I add subtitles with virtual dub as precisely as possible?

The thing is you aren't cutting the movie at a Key frame.

Look at the sites in my signature click on guides then go to VirtualDub/Nandub Guides then look for splitting AVI files

Nope

That's still not it... The problem is that let's say i cut the movie, OK? when I start paying it, then the audio is fine, but whenever I fast forward it or rewind it, then the audio goes out of sync... I tried cutting it at the keyframe, but still it won't do... And the wierdest thing is that it doesn't happen with all the movies... With some of them the audio is fine...

Sorry I have no experience with subtitles since most of mine have forced subs or are in English

I have that sync problem sometimes, too. Read the post a few lines down and there are some opinions about it. I wonder if processor speed and memory have something to do with the A/V going out of sync with fast forwarding. Does it stay in sync till the end if you do not fast forward? As for adding subtitles in VirtualDub, I did one last night with this guide and it works great:

my favourite way of handling subtitles ist this:

i add subtitles in SRT format to the movie to have those subs displayed OPTIONALLY (they are not permanent subs).

achieving this is simple if one uses a container format like OGM instead of avi as it is able of storing (more than one) subtitle stream(s).

on the other hand you can load an SRT file optionally to the video with numerous players like bsplayer for example.

both ways (ogm or loading srt into player like bsplayer) will prevent you from having to re-encode the video, which will inevitably decrease quality.
