Copying DV to DVD-R -- How to import original TIMESTAMP?
Hello there,
My partner has tons of DV tapes from a research project that need to be backed up on to DVDs.
We use a mac G4 with iMovie and also FinalCut express.
The problem is that whenever the DV is transferred to the HD, the time-stamp information from the tape does not seem to be transferred, and the timestamp is crucial for our needs.
Although we can activate the timestamp on the DV player (and it shows on the video monitor) it will not be imported into the computer
Any thoughts?
