cant work gordian knot 0.28.3 beta

I basically follow the instructions on this webpage http://www.divx-digest.com/articles/...rdianknot.html but when it goes to the vDub it says that it only has 8733 frames, when I'm try to rip spiderman which has 174375. So basically I get an .avi file of 69MB, which skips through the whole movie.

This is how everything is setup after step 6 of the above tutorial.
    Bitrate Tab
    Mode selection: calculate average bitrate
    Codec: Divx5.0.2
    Total size: 1CD = 695MB, 2CDs, 1390MB, split final file into CDs
    Audio A (10%): Bitrate (selected) 160kBits/s
    Audio B (0%): Nothing selected
    Interleaving & AVI-Overhead (1%): Calculate Frame-Overhead (selected), 1x vbr-mp3
Video (89%): average bitrate 1431kBits/s, Video size 1241 MB

    Resolution Tab
    Input Resolution: NTSC
Input Pixel Aspect Ratio: NTSC anamorphic (16
    Crop: Smart Crop All (selected)
    Output resolution: Pixels 225280, W-Modul 32, Width 608, Height 336, H-Modul 16, Aspect Ratio 1.810, Aspect Error -0.1, W-Zoom 85%, H-Zoom 70%

At the bottom of the Gordian Knot Screen
    Frames: 174375, 23.976 FPS
Bits/(Pixel*Frame): [0.292, blank, blank First Pass Stats]
    62.2% of 0.469 Compressibilty Test

    Selecting Save and Encode
    Resizing: Selected output Resolution
    Resize Filter: Lanczos
    Noise Filter: None
    Field Operations: None
    Subtitles: before Resizing (default) (selected)
    Extras: (none selected)
    Trim: (faded/unable to select)
    Compressibility: Use 5% (selected)

After hitting the button Now, the frames that it goes through is 8722.

    After selecting save & encode
    Divx Encoding Control Panel
    Multipass (seleceted)
    Total Size 1423360KB
    Video Size 1270323KB
    Audio & Files 142051KB
    Overhead 10986KB
    Bitrate 1431 Kbit/s
    Frame Rate: 23.976
    Frame Count 174375
    Duration 2:01:13
(no folder selected for frame server credits)
    Number of passes 2
    Re-Calculate Bitrate if needed (seleceted)

    Divx 5.0.2 settings
    First Pass/Nth Pass settings
    encoding bitrate 1430.53
Two-pass encoding files: Use my MV file (selected), Protect log/mv file (selected)
MPEG4 Tools: Use GMC (selected), Use Bidirectionl Encoding (selected)
Write Divx MP4 file (not selected)

    Audio 1
    File selected: crap AC3 T01 3_2ch 448Kbps DELAY 0ms.ac3
    Just Mux (selected)
    Interleaving
    Interval: 1 Frames
    Preload: 500ms

I click add job to encoding queue and takes the 388MB ac3 file and makes a 142MB mp3 file, then when it get to vDub for some reason it says its only doing 8722 frames. I am lost and dont know what needs to be done. I probably should have gotten used to the program first with a smaller file, but I didnt and now I'm stuck.
    I'm using:
    Windows XP pro
    2x 933Mhz P3
    512Mb Ram

    Any help would be great.

You are only doing a compressability test.

In the 'Save and encode' menu, deselect 'Compressibility: Use 5%'
