Zoom in on AVI file ?????

Hi,

Im new to video, and im just wondering if thier is any software out thier that can zoom in on a movie file, i want to try to zoom and not loose too much quality, i want to try a still zoom and a moving zoom if possible ??

Can anyone recommend any software which might be able to do this if its possible.

Are you looking for a software player that can playback a selected area of the frame in full screen? ... Re-encode your clip for sure; any encoder allows CROPPING.

If you want to change the video permanently, you could use VirtualDUB with a zooming-filter. Simply do a Google-search for "virtualdub zoom filter" and you will find one.
