    Is This The Burner to Buy?????

    Hi, I want to start copying my home theater collection and require a burner to do this, and i think the DVR-A06P from pioneer would be good from what ive been reading and would like other peoples opinion on this. Also what program do you surgest to do the copying?? Any help in this would be appriciated. thanxs....

    yeah that or the Sony DRU-510A are both the drives that id get if i had the money to blow on a DVD burner. does both - and +, so whichever one comes out to be the standard, youll be safe

      The Pioneer DVR-A06 was quoted by the Australian PC magazine PCWorld as a "Great Value Burner" in their September issue.

      I personally regard Sony products as superior to most of the competition as well, so the Sony DRU-510A should not disappoint.

        I heard DVDShrink has problems with some pioneers. I love my Sony.

          I have a Liteon DVD drive 401s and the short time i have used it, i havent experienced any problems at all.

          About programs do i not have any suggestions to which program there are the best to use, because all that about burning and ripping is allso brand new for me.
