The video file looks OK, but GSPot says you're missing the audio codec, and usually XviD files have MP3 audio, so something is amiss there. Or maybe it's something else. I have a similar problem when running a movie from external hard drive through a fire wire, which indicates a data rate problem. So, I wonder if the problem you have is related to processing speed or CPU load?

          If I may paraphrase/extract/plaguerize Uncas ... try http://sourceforge.net/project/showf...ease_id=170391 ?

hmm, I wonder what the significance is of Uncas having highlighted the earlier version.

ok i uninstalled that version of ac filter and installed the version Uncas highlighted but the sync prob remains the same...

Already tried changing video conf for 85 Hz - 16 bit with no success...

Tried all the conf options for video in bsplayer with no sucess...

                  Please help !

Is G Spot now acknowledging the audio codec?

Yep ! Thats another weird thing...GSpot version 2.21 acknowledge it, previous versions don´t....

                            Hmmm...think i found the solution

                            ive changed video config for:

640x480 - 24 bit - 85Hz now the movie runs smoothly, at least this one (Pirates).

i posting cause i think it can be useful for someone with similar problems.

and thank ya sfheath for your replies, without them i would certainly give up
