No sound on VOB ripped with smart rippper 2.41

I succesfully ripped VOB but the sound is completely distorted. I thought I just had to change AES (0x81) to (0x80), but when I opened I realized it already was (0x80). Any help would be apretiated.

    Thank You

I use Smart Ripper 2.41 and haven't experienced that problem at all. What system configuration do you have and what audio & video cards are you using? Does this happen on all DVD rips?

      Thanks for reply.

I have an AthlonXP 1900, 1Gb ram, Sound Blaster Audigy, GeForce3 Ti 500

I havn't tried more than one dvd but all files I ripped had the same problem. Gonna try another dvd and i'll let you know if I still experience the problem.

I have a SB Audigy MP3. If you have the Creative MP3 codec on your system, it conflicts with other MP3 codecs and causes an assortment of problems. I had to disable mine cause it was giving me problems encoding. I use the Radium codec now.
