Spyware and Adware

does anyone know any good spyware and adware removal software?

please tell me if you know any good ones. i don't want any that just search the computer for the spyware and adware i want one that searches and removes them.

i have looked all over but all i have came across are the ones that only search.

please help me i am stumped

Ad-aware 6.0 is also freeware....and finds a lot more than my Internet Cleanup from Zone Labs does.

I vouch for Ad-aware too! I can't imagine any of my PCs without it.

well that spybot search and destroy was crap, crashed my pc all the time it ran so i am now going to download ad-aware 6.0 to try it out.

ah well.....works for me.

ad-aware worked great for me, alot better than spybot search and destroy. picked up every type of spyware and adware on my pc without crashing, unlike spybot.

I use both ad-aware and spybot search & destroy - most of the time one finds stuff that the other doesn't...
