    Video capture problem

Hi, I have Manli TV tuner, WinXp, P4 1.4, ASUS motherboard and Nvidia graphic card. I can capture video only in 320X240 resolution. Why? In device manager there is code10 error under nvidiaWDMvideoCapture becouse ASUS and Nvidia are not compatible. Would I be able to capture in 720X576 res if i change graphic card? Where is problem? Thanx

I can't address your incompatibility problem but since you have XP you should have Windows Movie Maker. It is capturing software that allows you to chose in the settings the frame size and bit rate.

If something is incompatable, logic would suggest you either replace the ASUS or the Nvidia. Perhaps ASUS has recommendations for compatible video cards on their site. Do a google.

i have a ati capture card and it will only do 320x240 as well

i think this has something to do with the fact that the Res on a tv(if converted to pixles) is 320x240 and hdtv capture cards are not out yet (as far as i know)
