    *HELP* audio seeking problems!

Ok, i need help trying to encode to xvid with mp3 audio settings. The sound works perfectly when playing. But when you try seek to another part of the movie. The sound either is delayed then out of sync. Or its just out of sync totally. Ive tryed using the divx WMA codec. That works, i can seek with it but the video frame skips and the video doesnt stream clean. Also ive tryed using the fraunhofer mp3 codec. I get the same effect

I'm using Xmepg 5.0 and encoding with AVIWriter v3.5.
My computer is an Athlon XP 1600, 416mb RAM, Radeon 9600xt and on windows xp.

Here is more information on the rip.
    - If anyone could help, it would be greatly appreciated.

Make sure you've interleaved the audio and video...
