Spliting video

Is there a free program that I can use to split avi,xvid,mpeg and etc. video into 2 or more files withou have to recode or anything?

1) For .AVIs (DivX-compressed, XviD-compressed, or otherwise) use VirtualDub or VirtualDubMOD.

2) For MPEGs, use TMPGEnc (File>>MPEGTools>>Merge&Cut)
