playing ripped dvds

What is the best and easiest tool to use to watch DVDs that are ripped to my hard drive?

I use windvd, came with my dvd burner. No problems here

I use powerDVD... works perfectly for me

btw, is there a difference in picture quality between windvd and powerdvd?
