The answer depends on what format(s) your present videos are (.AVI, MPEG1,MPEG2,MPEG-VideoCD, MPEG-SuperVideoCD, VDV .VOB, .MOV, .3IVX, etc.)

Also if you want to check out a video you can go to, www.curstreet.com and download one of these videos.

Let me know what do you think about the quality, in the video section you can see that are 2 . (dots) they are videos to these are the latest that I got online. I would like to make it a better quality and smaller in space.

If you can help me I'll be glad for that.
        Thanx

Have a go using Flask. It should be able to open mpeg-2 files, if memory serves me correctly. Make sure you've installed the DivX codec too (3.11a or 4.*).

You can use Windows Media Editor, those files you got are huge for someone who has 56k modem and cant get Cable . Media Editor compresses them allot without loosing too much quality. I got 13 Meg to 550 kbs with a bit of fiddling and not loosing a noticable amount of pic quality

            Cheers

                Hey what's up.............

First of all nope it's not a comercial that I'm doing for this site, I'm just want to make it better for the visitors and I have this problem for mounts and now that I found this forum I asked this question.

Another thing that I wanna say is that I've checked out for sure if it was MPEG-2 and I was wrong it's MPEG-1.
But I can record the videos in AVI too.
Now I wanna ask what is the best for me to do because I know that there is a better way to do this and at a very small format.

                Thanks again.

Now that you're saying the files are in MPEG-1 format, I'd suggest you load them into VIrtualDub and convert them to DivX-compressed .AVI files...

You mean I must record them first .AVI then load them in VIrtualDub ? or visaversa

No, VirtualDub can accept MPEG1 files (as well as .AVI files) for input. So if you already have an MPEG1 file that you wish to convert to .AVI format, as I said before, I'd suggest you load them into VIrtualDub and convert them to DivX-compressed .AVI files...
