How do I convert TELECINE.NTSC.DVDR-XPD

Hi

I have downloaded a film which main folder says TELECINE.NTSC.DVDR-XPD there are 94 files all with this description xpd-sm2tc-ntsc.

How can I view this film and how can I burn this onto a DVD which can be played on DVD player
