1what should DTS sound be in bitrate ?

16 - 20- 24 bit ?

and how i can know whats my dvd of film use?

2-any tools to know information about file like mpeg-avi etc

cause i should know some information about some my vcd and the sound with it and some mpeg file

and the windows media player during playback file----->Properties doesnt give alot information

Download either "VirtualDubMod" or "GSpot" (Freeware).
