I DID IT!
After trying EVRYTHING i could think of...I upgraded to Verion 5 and it works PERFECTLY! I wonder if it was a compatability issue with Power DVD and the Media I was using? At any rate I cant believe the help I recieved in this forum whether the suggestions helped or not I have to thank you both for the continued persistant effort you guys made to help a complete stranger. I knew it was up to me to solve my problems so thank you and I know I'll be back. I'll totally suggest this site to one who needs some additional DVD insight.
