    Gradual unsynch of audio

    Hi all;

    I started with an avi file (Rocky Horror Picture Show) and created a mpg file with TMPGEnc Xpress. After that, I used TMPGEnc DVD Author to create the dvd files. But I have done this process twice, and the resulting dvd produces the audio out of synch, before the video!!!

    Note that the first 20 minutes seem fine, but then gradually slow the audio ....

    Who has experienced this??

    Why don't you simply use DVD Shrink to create a copy of your original, commercial DVD? What's the purpose of creating an .AVI from the original, commercial DVD and then converting it back to DVD?

      It's simply because I only have the avi file----

        "I started with an avi file (Rocky Horror Picture Show)"
        "It's simply because I only have the avi file"

        Based on the fact that you do NOT own the original commercial product (Read the rules of this forum - Rule #6, in particular), I won't contribute further to this thread...

          Fair enough - Although I tried to keep within the rule # 6, and stated only that i had an avi file and my problems with it.
