shrinkdvd 3.2 and usb2 interface

I have a small problem with shrink dvd 3.2 and an external Pioneer burner dvr108 in a generic case with usb2 interface.
Process gets to stage where after inserting blank dvd(various brands) reports an error with no progress shown.Using same burner and case with firewire interface all is ok. operating xp prof with sp2,nero 6 updated.

Have seen this problem with USB connections. It is due to the drivers for the USB connections. Make sure you are using the latest drivers for your USB.

Firewire connections has not been reported as tricky to install and run with burners.
