Yea, but out of the 4 brands that i tried, only 1 worked.

So after i update the firmware, should i burn another dvd & then run a test on it ?

Thanks CYNTHIA, after i updated my firmware I can now burn on any Brand.

Well i guess I didnt fix it.

Now when i run the test in my top drive i get a few red blocks, But when i run it in the lower drive i get no red blocks.
Could my DVD-ROM drive be going bad or dirty ???
