    What format(s) are the files?

    If you don't know what I mean by this, then post the full filenames...

          Change the name to "DontSayAWord.AVI". Doubleclick on the file. This should automatically bring up Windows Media Player, which will (if you have the proper codecs installed) start playing the movie (assuming that it's a valid file and not eihter corrupt or one of the many phony files you risk getting when downloading instead of creating), or will advise you that you don't have the proper codec(s) installed.

          Let us know of your success ;>}

              It's best that you keep the avi file on your harddrive for conversion lest you wear out the CD-ROM drive.

                  Im a newbie too, and finally learned how to convert to vcd, hope this helps =)

                  I downloaded TMPGEnc Plus (its a trial version, there are other versions of this, and free too, but I heard great reviews on the new version so I had to try it, you get to use it for 30 days free trial).........Use this program to convert your avi movies to mpeg (vcd)...I use nero to burn my movies, but there are tons of programs to choose from. Hope this helps, it worked for me =)
