Newbie Subtitle Question

Hi,

Can anyone help me with how you could add English subtitles to a movie?

I bought a Movie (Ong Bak) but it does not have English subtitles.

I have searched myself but couldn't find anything...Trying looking on divx-digest home page under softwear and see if there is anything new.
