    Divxcrawler ?

I'm new to this Divx thing so my question is this:
I've come across this site http://www.divxcrawler.com offering
Private FTP Access for $12 Lifetime Unlimited Access payable using PayPal on a T3 connection.
Does anyone know anything about it? Is it a scam? Or ok?

Excuse my language, but I really hate this kind of $hit, people trying to make money from something that is clearly illegal.
This is what prevents fairuse laws from getting passed and gave us the DMCA instead.

Create your own divx files and by happy.

Downloading someone elses rips is illegal, and if you help turning it into a business, by buying into this kind of thing, you are activly makeing a bad situation worse.
Donate your idle CPU time for something usefull.

      Dear, Douche Bag

You passive little weiner, the vendors and producers of movie "content" deserve to have their bottom line under cut. Congress should be calling the Movie Theatre Association as well as anyone else responsible for obvious price gouging. Some people will always blindly follow the rules *bleet*. Download away boys and girls, corporations are aggressively concerned with their bottom line so you should be with yours.

even though khp hasn't been around for a while and your responding to a post almost 4 years old, the activity you speak of and condone isn't tolerated here, nor is abusive posts directed towards other members. you may find yourself in a pickle with the sherriff of these parts
